I love the river because each day brings something new to the mix. Kevin and I were out on the Susquehanna River in the fall of 2010 and he decided to show his skill at slow rolling spinnerbaits. In fact it was so slow that a clam latched on to one. This clam completely ate the spinnerbait and Kevin didn’t even feel the bite (haha)…. wow, that was a first for us. It took a little to pry the clam open enough to get out the bait and not harm the clam. A great catch and release move I must say.
